Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery receipt. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Any customised and altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Tags removed during QC checks will result in the cancellation of the return.

Use original packaging for shipment to prevent damage.

To initiate a return, visit the Return and Exchange tab on our website, enter your order number and email/phone, and follow the steps.

Returns are processed within 2 working days after the request is triggered.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery receipt. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Exchange is limited to once per order. Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.

Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags. Non-compliance will result in rejection.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7 days of reverse pickup.

Refund Options:

1. Store Credit: Issued for future purchases, valid for 1 year.

2. Bank Refund: For prepaid orders, requires account details (name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, branch). COD handling charges are non-refundable.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If a damaged product is received, email support@charcoalthreads.com on the same day.

Include an unboxing video to validate return/exchange requests.

Sale Items

No refunds, returns, or exchanges on items purchased during sales (e.g., Diwali Sale).

What are the delivery / shipping charges for my order?

Shipping / Delivery is free for all domestic orders in India. Still,if you have any questions, please email us at support@charcoalthreads.com.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

For individual product delivery timelines*, please visit the Shipping tab on its page.

The standard free delivery takes 5-7 working days to complete the delivery.

Express shipping takes 3-4 working days to complete the delivery.

Next Day Delivery takes 1-2 working days to complete the delivery.

Same Day Delivery (available for selected pin codes) takes less than one working day to complete.

*Some products may have longer delivery timelines.

Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.

Do you ship products outside India?
