I am tired of opening new accounts and need a better way out! First, having a Charcoal Threads account makes shopping for your dream garment optional. However, having a Charcoal Threads account not only entitles you to special offers but also helps you maintain a record of your previous orders, track your current order, and make checkout quicker and easier, as your details are already saved in your account. It also lets you save your vital stats, which helps us achieve your dream fit while manufacturing tailored garments.

To create a Charcoal Threads account, click on the Login icon at the top right corner of your screen. You can create your account using Facebook or your Email ID. If you create your account using Facebook, please use your Facebook password (we do not store these passwords). If you choose to Log in using your Email ID, you can create and set your own password.

With so many passwords to keep track of, this is bound to happen occasionally.

Not an issue! You can reset your password by providing your email id on the login page and clicking " forgot password.

I love keeping multiple pieces of my favourite garments. Can I order more than one of the same items at once?

Yes, you can order more than one piece of the same item, provided we have enough inventory. To do so, go to the Shopping Cart page, change the "Threads Threads Quantitiesntitiesntity" to your desired Threads Threads Quantitiesntitiesntity, and click "Update Threads Threads Quantitiesntitiesntity".

Items will continue appearing in your cart until you remove them or check out. Make sure you are logged in to your Charcoal Threads Account. If you are not logged in, click the Login icon, and your cart should have the items you selected. If the selected items are no longer available, you will see a message next to the item in your shopping cart. You must remove the same (using the small cross next to the item) before Checking Out to purchase the available items.

Stock items are gems for which demand exceeded supply, and we couldn't keep pace. The good news is that these items are expected to be replenished within a few weeks. Please click on the specific 'Out of Stock' gem you are interested in and enter your email ID to be the first to know when it is back.

Yes, shopping at Charcoal Threads is entirely secure. 

To make payments, you are routed to the websites of our payment partners (PayU, Paytm, Gokwik, and Razorpay), which are completely secure. Sensitive payment-related content is routed through https security.

There are zero hidden charges when you purchase Charcoal Threads. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

We accept the following methods of payment:

Payments FAQs

COD payment can be made on orders up to INR 3000. INR 50 will be charged as handling charges for COD orders.

For orders above INR 3000, only prepaid options are available.

The COD option is available only for standard sizes. We accept only prepaid orders for tailored orders. Even if one piece in the order is tailored, it has to be a prepaid order. Please note that custom sizes, added length, added sleeves, and any modifications to products are treated as Tailored products.

The Cash On Delivery payment option is available only in India at locations covered by our logistics partners. We provide this facility nationwide, but only some places are within our support. For such locations, we offer the prepaid option.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an EMI option at the moment.

Your order confirmation email is sent to the email address linked to your Charcoal Threads account immediately upon placing your order. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation mail, log into your Charcoal Threads Account and choose 'Past Orders' to view your orders. If the order you placed does not appear, it was not successfully confirmed. In this case, please email us atsupport@charcoalthreads.comif you have any concerns.

If you have a Charcoal Threads account, log in and go to "My Account" to check your previous order history. Your previous orders will reflect there after you have logged in. If you do not have an account, please mail your order ID and email ID (using which you placed the order) tosupport@charcoalthreads.comwe will check and share your previous order info.
