Returns are accepted withinΒ 7 days of delivery receipt. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Any customised and altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items must beΒ unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Tags removed during QC checks will result in the cancellation of the return.
Use original packaging for shipment to prevent damage.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is limited toΒ once per order. Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.
Items must beΒ unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags. Non-compliance will result in rejection.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed withinΒ 7 days of reverse pickup.
Refund Options:
1. Store Credit:Β Issued for future purchases, valid for 1 year.
2. Bank Refund:Β For prepaid orders, requires account details (name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, branch). COD handling charges are non-refundable.
Wrong or Damaged Items

Sale Items
No refunds, returns, or exchangesΒ on items purchased during sales (e.g., Diwali Sale).
