Return Policy
Returns are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery receipt. Any return request made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Please email us or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return request.
Returns are not applicable on Party Wear Dresses only exchange is possible.
Any customised or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Tags removed during QC checks will result in the cancellation of the return.
Use original packaging for shipment to prevent damage.
To initiate a return, visit the “Return and Exchange” tab on our website, enter your order number and email/phone, and follow the steps.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery receipt. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Exchange is limited to once per order. Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.
Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags. Non-compliance will result in rejection.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 days of reverse pickup.
Refund Options:
Store Credit: Issued for future purchases, valid for 1 year.
Bank Refund: For prepaid orders, requires account details (name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, branch). COD handling charges are non-refundable.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If a damaged product is received, email support@charcoalthreads.com on the same day.
Please include an unboxing video to validate return/exchange requests..
Sale Items
No refunds, returns, or exchanges on items purchased during sales (e.g., Diwali Sale).
Late or Missing Refunds
Check with your bank or credit card company for processing timelines.
