Returns are accepted withinĀ 7 days of delivery receipt. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Any customised and altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items must beĀ unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Tags removed during QC checks will result in the cancellation of the return.
Use original packaging for shipment to prevent damage.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted withinĀ 7 days of delivery receipt. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Exchange is limited toĀ once per order. Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.
Items must beĀ unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags. Non-compliance will result in rejection.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed withinĀ 7 days of reverse pickup.
Refund Options:
1. Store Credit:Ā Issued for future purchases, valid for 1 year.
2. Bank Refund:Ā For prepaid orders, requires account details (name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, branch). COD handling charges are non-refundable.
Wrong or Damaged Items

Include anĀ unboxing videoĀ to validate return/exchange requests.
Sale Items
No refunds, returns, or exchangesĀ on items purchased during sales (e.g., Diwali Sale).
Late or Missing Refunds
